If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and haven’t yet discovered the laid-back pace of Hilton Head Island, SC, you’re in for a treat. Hilton Head, or HHI as it’s also often known, is a paradise for those wanting to sample a little of that famous Lowcountry hospitality and boasts plenty of great accommodation options to consider.

I visit South Carolina frequently (more times than I can remember!), with Hilton Head being a favorite stop not just for its endless beaches, but also its proximity to another place I like a lot: Savannah, Georgia, just a 50-minute drive south. So I can vouch for the fact that HHI is home to many excellent high-end resorts that offer quality accommodations, fun beach experiences, and top-notch amenities.
